Obsessed with Tag Making

I have been making tags that can also serve as a journal dashboard
as support while writing in journals.

I was inspired by Rachel of Roxy Creations.
I love watching her videos on You Tube.
I tried not to think too hard about which colors to work with.
When I did, I ended up feeling stuck.

I am trying to use up my painted paper stash,
as well as my card stock supply.

Most of the labels were digital purchased from
I fussy cut the botanicals from a beautiful floral book.
As the tags accumulated,
I started to group them by similarities, along with my growing
stash of fiber art, and other collaged ephemera for journaling.

I have not decided if I will be listing these in kits,
or maybe create journals around the color palette of the tags.

For now, I will just keep making these botanical tags,
til I run out of my cut flowers.

I have also started using some of my pressed flowers
from the garden this year.
I will take more photos when I have
another batch of tags ready.

For now I will keep making tags & other journal ephemera as my winter project.
In the evenings, I work on little slow stitch projects.

My goal is to have something to offer in my Etsy shop before spring.
I will announce here when I'm ready.

 Thanks for Looking!
